“Not-Quite-Spring” Herbal Tea Formula

by KiOhmA, Farmer/Anarchy Herbals

This time of year finds the majority of us wandering our plots, rejoicing in every little sign that Spring is on its way.

In the waxing of the Winter months, I like to sip this blend – a wonderful combination of cold and warm, Winter and Spring, stimulating and calming. It is a very aromatic brew- good for the senses and good for the soul.

To use, simply add a handful to your tea pot and simmer on low with the lid on for about 10 minutes. Sweeten with honey if you desire. Enjoy. 2-3 cups a day. I like mine best late afternoon and into the evening when it’s time to grab my book and put my feet up.

Brightest Blessings,

KiOhmA
