We opened with intro’s and shared what inspires us to be here at the Herb Guild meeting and a favorite herb we are using to drink our Tea.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- The Mendocino County Farmers Guild passes around a sheet of paper that has two columns for people to sign up on if they want. It is a list for I HAVE ___***__ and I WANT ___***____.
- MCHG is looking for a small events coordinator. If you are interested, please contact info@mendocinoherbguild.com
- MCHG is looking for content for our newsletter. Photos, articles, recipes, inspirations, gardening tips, etc. Please send to: info@mendocinoherbguild.com
- On May 14 ~ 6pm – 7:30 pm. There is a workshop called ‘Acupressure for Self Health’ by Claudia Welling at the Cultivate Wellness Studio in Wilitis
- On May 19 ~ 10 am to 6 pm. Grateful Gleaners is having a plant sale. Proceeds benefit Senior Center and a couple of other places in town. LOCATION is: 130 Tuttle Lane, Willits
- On May 30 ~ 1pm to 4 pm ~ there is a HERB WALK at Ridgewood Ranch
- June 8 ~ ‘The 2nd Northern California Women’s Empowerment Festival’ (details to follow)
- June 9 ~ 10 am – 4 pm ~ Calendula Festival at Stern Grove Park in WIllits (details to follow)

Sara discussed the classes that are going on School Of Apaptive Agriculture at Ridgewood Ranch and passed out some schedules of classes.
