Hi everyone – thank you to those who attended the last meeting also big thanks to Sierra Arden and friends who had a salve-making party this past weekend and made lots of salves for the Street clinic. Your donation of time and supplies is greatly appreciated!
I will be gone next Tuesday and unable to attend clinic but awaiting word from another practitioner about attending. If you are a health practitioner with a few years experience and interested in helping out with the monthly clinic – please contact info@mendocinoherbguild.com
MCHG 2nd annual Holiday Herb Craft Fair will be held at the Caspar community center Sunday December 8th from 10am – 4pm.
This means plant sale, herbal locally made products of all kinds, culinary soup bundles, smudges, herbs wreaths and baskets, sleep pillows and more! WE NEED VENDORS, FLYER/SIGN-MAKERS, FB EVENT POSTING, TEACHERS (demos/talks/kids activities), those to help with event set-up and clean-up – Please contact me if you are interested as this will take a team.
Pass this info on to those not listed that you know might be interested as our mailing list is not complete. (Thank you Judith for working on a coastal mailing list).
Is anyone interested in working a MCHG table at the FB indoor winter market? If a few people want to take this on then the time can be split so that you are only doing this once or twice a month.
Also – a group of folks inland have expressed interest in formulating and making 2 salves that the guild can package and sell as product with our guild label. If you are interested in being a part of this then please contact me by Sept 20th.
